We at The Benefit Resource Center think it it important to ask questions. The more you know the more you thrive. We have included some frequently asked questions on our site but we are happy to take questions through phone or contact page. Our goal is for you to know as much about us as possible so that you can join our family.

Your questions are our priority. We want to give you all the information you need and want. If you have a question of feel like we need to add more FAQ’s let us know and we will post them. Our main goal is providing people with the best insurance agents possible. This can only happen if they are well informed.

How Do I Contact Support?

Support can be contact by office phone or by email. We believe that communication is key, that’s why we will try to reply immediately. If you contact us during holidays or after offices hours please allow us 1 business day to get back to you.

What Are Your Carriers?

We work with many companies. To list a few: Cigna and Cigna/Healthspring, Genworth, Equitable, Consumers’ Choice, United American, United Healthcare and Care Improvement Plus, Wellcare, Forethought, Humana, Standard Life, and others.

How Do I Get Started?

If our company interests you, contact us by phone or email and we will scheduled a meeting. We will walk you through our system and tell you everything you need to know and set you on the right track to start acquiring clients.

Are my commissions vested?

Yes, all commissions are secure. You never have to worry about a payout. The Benefit Resource Center believes in fair work and fair pay. for every successful client you will get commission.

How do I get paid? Through the companies I am contracted with or through your organization?

As an Agent, you are paid directly from the Company you are contracted with you.  Our goal at Benefit Resource Center, LLC is to help you grow.

Is there an office with support staff available?

Yes our office location can be found on our contact page and our office staff is available around the clock. We want you to always be connected. That is why the staff and the company owners all have their phones linked to the same system. This way if you are not able to reach the staff at the office, upper management will be able to assist you.

Do you offer a lead program?

Yes, our lead program is based off of how successful you are at attracting people to our carriers. The more work you do the more points you receive. We believe in healthy competition to encourage a better work environment.

Is training available?

Yes, we offer online training programs to make you as successful as you can me. We want to give you the best tools and skills possible for you to be successful while trying to attract clients.
